Activity Credit Voucher

Thank you so much for purchasing a Cypress Mountain product!

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise after you’ve purchased your lift tickets, lessons, or rentals. All of our products are non-refundable, however the value of your purchase may be eligible for an Activity Credit Voucher. If approved this Activity Credit Voucher allows you to receive the value of your purchase in the form of an e-voucher that may be used towards another online purchase.

Submitting this request inside of 48 hours from the start date for any of the requested activities will NOT allow for any credit. Your voucher credit will appear in your shop.cypressmountain account within 48 hours after your submission. 

Log in to here to see your voucher code and use it to purchase online products for a future visit. Vouchers generated during the 2023-24 ski season will expire at the end of the season (mid-April). 

Voucher credits assigned this season are based on the value paid for that day of skiing and can be applied to future transactions until expiration at the end of the season ( mid-April). You may need to pay the difference towards another ticket. If you do not use all of your credit in one transaction, the remaining balance will be available for another purchase until expiration at the end of the season (mid-April). Voucher credits must be redeemed online, and are not available at the ticket window.

These products are non-refundable and non-transferrable; any remaining days expire at the end of the season and cannot be refunded, transferred, or credited.
