Pre-purchasing your ticket is highly recommended, especially for the Eagle Coaster. The Coaster is very popular and often sells out, buying in advance secures you the ticket. If we are sold out online, we are also sold out in person; walkup ticket inventory is not guaranteed. Purchasing in advance on our website means you receive your tickets electronically allowing you to head straight to your activity of choice on the day.

YES! If you have pre-purchased your tickets for any of our summer activities and have the QR/Barcode, then you can go directly to the lift where they will scan your ticket.

No, both tickets must be used by the same person.

To ride the coaster alone as a driver you must be 8 years or older and 4:1 or taller. Passengers aged 3 to 8 are required to ride the coaster with an adult. Minimum of 96cm (3' 2") tall. Passengers must be no taller than the driver's shoulders. The adult who the passenger rides with must be at least 16 years old.

There is an option to add a passenger to your cart as you scroll down past the calendar after selecting the driver's tickets in our online store.

YES! We operate 3 of our chairs for sightseeing in the summer, Lions, Sky and Eagle can all be used with a scenic ride ticket or pass.

• The minimum age is 8 years old. Participants aged 8-18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• Choose from 10 throws per person or book a private lane for 30 minutes or 60 minutes for 2-6 people.

In light rain we can usually still operate the coaster. However, the coaster will not be operational in heavy rain. In the event of closure due to heavy rain, our guest services team will be in contact to reschedule.

We slow and stop the lift as requested by guests, which means it might slow down or stop periodically.

Our chairs move faster out on the line than they do in the station where you load and unload. The lift takes a moment to slow down and stop at speed, just like a car.

YES! We offer digital photos, Kiosks can be found in the photo hut next to the bottom of Eagle chair, or inside next to Guest Services.

YES! We offer digital photos. The photo will be taken just before the last tower on the Eagle Chair and the last tower on Sky Quad. These can be viewed in the same place as the coaster photos.

No! Phones and other devices are not allowed while riding the coaster.

Every day, we go down the coaster track and look under the lift for lost items. Everything we find is brought into Guest Services, complete the lost and found form on our website so that we can contact you if your item is found.

Eagle and Lions: 5-6 minutes. Sky: 10-15 minutes.

During regular operational hours, the last chair ride going up will be at 6:30pm on Lions and Eagle and 6pm on Sky Quad. Sky Quad closes at 6:10pm; Lions and Eagle chairs close at 6:40pm.

During regular operational hours, our coaster opens at 10am, timeslots for the coaster are every 30 minutes with the last ride/timeslot of the day being 6pm-6:30pm.

Washrooms are located in the base area at the main lodge or on our patio above beavertails. We also have porta-loos at the top of Sky for your convenience, please note that there are no washroom facilities at the top of our Eagle and Lions chairs. If attending our Eagle Coaster activity, be sure to make use of the facilities before venturing up the chairlift.

We have a variety of food and beverage options available in our base area, these include:

The Gold Medal Cafe: located in the main lodge next to guest services Sip 'n' Snack Cafe: located outside the main lodge, opposite Axe Throwing.

Beavertails: located on the patio between the main lodge and Eagle Express.

Chair Crazy Raven Grill: located in the main lodge on the 2nd floor (access from the patio) Also available at the peak of our chairs, you can find the following concession stands offering soft drinks and snacks.

Eagle Shaq: located at the top of Eagle Express Chair next to the Eagle Coaster boarding platform.

Alpine Outpost: located at the top of Sky Quad near the chair loading platform.

We have the Big Bear retail store located on the first floor of our main lodge. They have a variety of items available including clothing, hiking accessories, gifts, and sunscreen. A selection of these items can also be found for sale in guest services and at our Alpine outpost concession stand located on top of Sky Quad.

The weather can change rapidly even in the summer months here at Cypress. It is recommended you dress in layers as there is usually a difference in temperature from the base to the mountaintop. UV levels can rise with an increase in altitude. Please wear appropriate sunglasses and sunscreen to protect yourself from these harmful UV rays and have waterproofs at the ready for mountain weather.
