Donation Requests

Cypress Mountain appreciates the opportunity to support your organization. We receive a significant number of requests throughout the year, and while we'd love to help everyone, we sometimes must make tough choices about where we can make the most impact. At times we may decline a request as it is outside our immediate community, or we may have reached our budget commitment for the year. Here are a few donation request guidelines:

• All donation requests must be submitted through this online form only.
• Submit your request at least 6 weeks before your event date.
• We can only support each organization once per calendar year.
• Past donations don't guarantee approval of future requests.
• We support charitable auction events only (galas, silent auctions, live auctions, online auctions). Items donated for charitable auctions are not for resale.
• We do not accept:
  • Personal ticket requests or group visits to Cypress Mountain.
  • Third-party fundraising initiatives.
  • Monetary donations or sponsorships.
