Frequently Asked Questions
The Sky Card is a product that offers 2, 3, 4, or 5 days of skiing or riding at a discounted rate. It also saves you money on all subsequent Lift Tickets for the remainder of the season.
Sky Cards can be pre-purchased online or at Guest Services. Once you are on the mountain, your card can be collected from a ticket box or window by scanning your QR code if you pre-purchased.
Sky Cards can only be picked up on the mountain at a ticket box or window.
You can redeem the days you have included at any time during the season. After picking up your RFID card, you can proceed to the lifts.
Subsequent ticket discounts are for the cardholder only and are non-transferable.
A Nordic Sky Card is also available. The Nordic Sky Card includes 2, 3, 4, or 5 Trail Tickets at a discounted rate, plus the opportunity to reload your Sky Card with additional discounted Tickets for the remainder of the season.
- Limit 1 per person/season.
- All products are non-transferable and non-refundable once purchased.
- It is only valid for the season in which you purchase.
- No compensation will be paid for unused days.
- Sky Card age categories are based on your age as of November 1st, 2025.
- A reprint fee of $5 will apply for all lost, damaged, or stolen Sky Cards. To avoid a reprint fee, you can reuse your physical RFID card from season to season.
- A $500 FINE will be charged and your season pass will be revoked if you are caught attempting to re-sell tickets of any kind or someone other than yourself attempts to use your Seasons Pass/Sky Card (with or without the passholder's knowledge or consent).
- ID is required when purchasing/redeeming tickets of any kind.
- Cypress reserves the right to change or cancel programs or alter pricing without notice.
