These camps are designed to inspire and captivate young hearts and minds through a mix of fun activities, educational exploration, and character-building adventures. From nature hikes to team challenges and creative workshops, children will develop valuable skills in a supportive and exciting environment.

CAMP INFORMATION

  • Each Forever camp theme will have a wide selection of fun and engaging camp activities. Note: Activities can change dependent on weather conditions. Each camp week will include a ride on the coaster (single coaster age limit is 8 years old; 5-7 year-olds will receive a voucher for a complimentary passenger ticket when an adult ticket is purchased, to be used at a later date with a parent/guardian).

    • Space is limited in each camp and is first registered, first served.
    • Summer camp activities are subject to change without notice.
    • Forever Camps will operate rain or shine. Please ensure your child is fully equipped with appropriate clothing for all weather eventualities. In occurrences of unsafe weather (lightning, extreme high winds, severe air quality warnings, and extreme heat) the day's activities will be modified for safety.
    • Parents must sign a waiver on behalf of the child participating in the camp. This must be signed at the point of purchase.
  • Forever Camps have two age groups: 
    • 5-7 years 
    • 8-12 years  
    Note: We will not be able to accept exceptions to this rule. 
  • Details on transportation will be available soon. Please register your interest at the point of purchase. 
    Note: Transportation will be first come first served.
  • Does the camp include lunch? 
    Yes, a daily lunch is included in the price of camp.   
     
    Can I bring my own food? 
    Yes, campers can bring a packed lunch.
    Note: Lunch is included in the price of the camp, there will be no reimbursement for campers who bring their own lunch.  
     
    • Backpack (labeled with child's name)

    • Sunglasses
    • Sunscreen
    • Sweatshirt/jacket (it can get chilly, even in the summer)
    • Hiking boots or sneakers. No open-toed shoes/sandals, please!
    • Extra socks
    • Forever camp is technology free, however, if your child needs to bring a phone, please ensure this is tucked away in their bag.  Parents will be contacted if phones are unnecessarily accessed, and your child will be asked to leave the phone at home.
  • A welcome pack will be emailed to you the Wednesday before the camp start date. It will include an exact list of what to bring, drop off locations, and other information you will need to know.

  • Rescheduling:  Summer Camps may be rescheduled once within the same season with a minimum of 1-week written notice. A 15% administration fee will apply. Rescheduling is subject to availability. If rescheduling is requested within 1 week of the Camp/Program start date, a 30% administration fee will apply. 

    Cancellation:  All Summer Camp programs are non-transferable and non-refundable. 

    1. In the event of cancellation by Cypress Mountain, camps will be rescheduled or credited for winter or summer use. 
    2. Camp absenteeism (whole camp/day of camp) will be treated on a case-by-case basis but reimbursement is not guaranteed. 
    1. Yes, we have three different camp themes which run on an alternating schedule. Your child is more than welcome to attend all three themes or attend the same theme more than once.

    3. No, swimming is not part of Forever Camp.  

    4. Daily from 9:30am-7:00pm.

    5. We ask that you are open and honest with any behavioral issues that your child may face. We want to ensure that we can support and put the provision in place for each child to have the best possible experience.

    6. Please provide detailed medication and allergy information at the point of registration under Special Considerations. You must inform us if your child has an Epi-Pen.
