At Cypress Mountain, we are committed to providing an enjoyable experience for all guests. While the mountain environment presents some accessibility limitations, we continue to improve access wherever possible and are happy to assist guests in planning their visit.

If you have specific accessibility questions before your visit, we encourage you to contact Guest Services so we can help determine the best experience for your needs.

  • Cypress Creek Lodge

    Cypress Creek Lodge includes a number of accessibility features to help make your visit more comfortable, including:

    • Automatic entrance doors
    • Elevator access
    • Wide doorways
    • Accessible washrooms
    • Designated accessible parking stalls
    • Guest Services staff available to provide assistance throughout your visit
  • Hiking

    Yew Lake Trail

    Yew Lake Trail is a maintained gravel pathway that is suitable for many mobility devices, including wheelchairs. The trail offers a gentle, accessible outdoor experience with beautiful mountain scenery.Please note that trail conditions may vary depending on weather.

  • Axe Throwing

    Our Axe Throwing activity is open to guests who are able to safely understand and follow the safety instructions provided by our staff.Our team is happy to provide additional assistance where possible to help guests participate safely. If you have questions about accessibility for this activity, please speak with a member of our team before your visit.

  • Eagle Express Chair, Lions Express and Sky Chair

    The Eagle Express Chair, Lions Express Chair and Sky Chair are not wheelchair accessible. Guests with limited mobility may still be able to ride the chairlift depending on their individual abilities. Our Lift Operations team can provide boarding and unloading assistance where appropriate, and guests are welcome to bring a support person if additional assistance is needed.To help us provide the best possible experience, we kindly ask that guests requiring boarding assistance contact Guest Services before their visit whenever possible. Advance notice allows our team to prepare and coordinate support, helping ensure a smooth and seamless experience, particularly during busy periods.

  • Dining

    3 Peaks Patio

    3 Peaks Patio is accessible via ramps, making it easy for guests using wheelchairs and other mobility devices to enjoy outdoor dining and mountain views.

    Crazy Raven Bar & Grill

    Crazy Raven Bar & Grill is located on the second floor of Cypress Creek Lodge and is accessible by elevator.

  • Access2, BC Adaptive & CADS

    Cypress Mountain proudly partners with Access2, BC Adaptive, and CADS.

    Guests requiring assistance who hold a valid pass from one of these organizations will purchase their lift ticket as usual. Their support person or chaperone will receive a complimentary lift ticket for the day.

    Complimentary support person tickets are available only at Guest Services and must be issued on the day of your visit.
