Summer Group Bookings

Experience summer at Cypress with your friends and family, or as a corporate event!

2024/25

- Requirements
- You must have a minimum of 11 people to be classed as a group.
- Payment
- Payment is taken at the time of booking in order to reserve your spots. A credit card is required.
- Rescheduling
- Bookings may be rescheduled as a whole once within the summer season with a minimum of 72 hours written notice, a 15% administration fee will apply. Rescheduling is subject to availability. If rescheduling is requested within 72 hours of the activity start date, a 50% administration fee will apply.
- Cancellation
- All Event Group Bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable. A. In the event of cancellation by Cypress Mountain, Event Group Bookings will be rescheduled within the current, or to a future, season. B. In the event of a group no-show, Cypress Mountain reserves the right to allow walk-in guests in place of your group.
- Eagle Coaster
- You are responsible for riding the Eagle Coaster in your booked timeslot. Cypress Mountain cannot guarantee an Eagle Coaster Ride outside of your group's reserved timeslot and is not responsible to rebook, refund or credit your account due to a missed timeslot.
- General
- Prices are in Canadian Dollars. Group leaders should arrive before the start time of their event or group booking to pick up tickets from Guest Services. Please send one person from your group into Guest Services to avoid congestion.
