
Rotary Ride for Rescue
It’s time to gear up, clip in, and reach out to your community for support on your quest to conquer Cypress Mountain this May 30, 2026.
Join us for the 15th Annual Ride for Rescue. Cycle up Cypress Mountain on a road or off road course in support of North Shore Rescue, Marine Rescue and Rotary humanitarian causes. Presented by Rotary club of West Vancouver Sunrise & British Properties.
The event attracts both elite cycling teams and recreational cyclists of all ages looking to challenge the timed, 16 km route up Cypress Bowl Road on Cypress Mountain or the 11.5 km off-road mountain trail.
This is a unique cycling event as there is a road course for road bikes and e-bikes, as well as a separate dirt trail for mountain bikers.

Cypress Pop-Up Village – 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM
REGISTRATION
Registration is now open for road and mountain cyclists (including e-bikes). Sign up as an individual, create a team or join an already existing team.The registration fee is $60. Participants are also asked to raise a suggested minimum of $100 in pledges. You must be 13 years or older to participate. Anyone under the age of 18 must have a guardian at the event - and yes, they can ride too.
- Cyclists under 13 years of age must ride with a parent, guardian or coach
- Registration can be done online up until the day before and on-site up until 8am. Please register online and complete the waiver prior to arrival if possible.
- There will be onsite registration.
