Snow Guarantee
We promise that you'll get good value for your current Cypress Mountain Season Pass purchase and we'll back it up with our Season Pass Guarantee. We will guarantee a minimum of 76 operating days during the season in which you purchased your pass for - for every operating day less than 76, 1% will be credited to the purchase of your Season Pass for the following season up to a maximum of 76%. Snow Guarantee must be purchased with your pass.

- Cypress never uses third-parties vendors to sell season passes or lift tickets. Any season pass or lift ticket purchased from anyone other than Cypress is not valid and will thus not be honoured.
- Cypress reserves the right to change or cancel programs or alter pricing without notice.
- All products are non-transferable and non-refundable once purchased.

- A $500 FINE will be charged and your season pass will be revoked if you are caught attempting to re-sell tickets of any kind or someone other than yourself attempts to use your Seasons Pass/Sky Card (with or without the passholder's knowledge or consent).
