Corporate Pass
UPDATE December 1, 2025: We are finalizing details on the new Corporate Pass redemption process and will update this page with details.
Welcome Corporate Passholders to the winter 25-26 season. There are two types of Downhill Corporate Passes:
- UNLIMITED: valid any day in the winter season
- LIMITED: not valid December 26 to January 2, 2026; weekends in January and February; and February 16, 2026 (Family Day)
What's New
- Downhill PLUS add-on option: includes access to Nordic activities such as cross-country, tube park and snow shoeing. Check your Corporate Pass for “DH PLUS” to confirm you have access to Nordic activities.
- Redemption process: to get your guests onto the lifts as quickly as possible and avoid lines up we have created a new process. See below for details.
- Parking access: each Corporate pass can register up to 2 vehicles for FREE parking. See below for details.
Corporate Pass Redemption
Please submit your request 24 hours prior to visiting.
STEP 1
I have a Cypress Mountain RFID card*
We will load the day ticket directly onto your RFID card, so you can go direct to the lift.
Grab your RFID card and have it ready.
I DO NOT have a Cypress Mountain RFID card*.
You will need to pick up the RFID card at Cypress Mountain Guest Services.
Create an account HERE.
*This RFID card does not have to be from this current season, previous seasons will work. We will pre-load your one day corporate pass access onto your RFID, this lets you go directly to the lift.
STEP 2
Click the link below to complete the online form to register for the one day you will use your Corporate Pass. Each Corporate Pass provides access for one person, per day for either Downhill or Nordic.
Please Note: If your Corporate Pass states DH PLUS, this gives you access to all Nordic activities.

Each Corporate pass allows you to register up to two vehicles, for FREE parking. However, one vehicle is allowed to park per day.
You can provide FREE parking for your guest, but you will need to remove one vehicle and register your guests’ vehicle in the online Parking system.
