Activity Credit Voucher

If your plans change after pre-booking a product for Cypress Mountain, no problem.

Online purchases are non-transferable and non-refundable. However, if you are unable to make it or have a change in your plans, we have another option for you.

Activity Credit Voucher Request allows us to transfer the dollar value of your purchase to an e-voucher that expires at the end of the following Winter Season. The e-voucher gives you the flexibility to come any other day and even use it on another activity. Remaining Sky Card days can not be added onto a credit voucher.

Please note credits are valid toward the online or in-person purchase of resort activities until season end from the date the voucher was created. Changes are not available on tickets purchased through a third party and are non-transferable. Refunds are not issued if credits are applied toward a lower-priced ticket or are unused within one year of transaction date.
