Cypress Carpool
We've introduced a carpool app to reduce the number of cars on the road, improving the experience for everyone.
STEP 1
Download the Cypress Mountain Carpool app below. Ensure your country selection in the App Store is set to Canada.
STEP 2
Create your profile and sign up as a driver, rider, or both.
STEP 3
To begin recording your carpool:
- Drivers must create a ride, and riders must request to join.
- All users involved must have an account.
- Riders must request to join before the driver has started their trip.
Remember to select 'Complete Trip' once you've arrived.
STEP 4
Drivers will receive a $10 Cypress Bucks voucher for every day they complete the carpool with 2 or more passengers. Drivers will receive an email at the end of each month with their voucher information.

Users will only match with users within the same network. Regular rides require a minimum of 1 hour for booking/matching in advance (24 hours is recommended). Private rides do not require a minimum time period.
Matches with drivers/riders are dependent on the route of the driver. Matches will be made with riders who can be picked up enroute to the same destination.
All rides require a match with at least 1 companion (this is different than extra passenger) for the ride to initiate.
Yes, pay parking is in effect in all lots except 3B and on the Nordic Area access road from Cypress Bowl Road to the BC Parks Nordic Area Kiosk. Visit our Parking FAQs for more information on parking at Cypress Mountain.
A Cypress Mountain Carpool account and mobile device is required for the drivers and passengers to be counted towards a Cypress Bucks voucher.
Each driver must have 2 passengers in their vehicle and complete the ride to be eligible for the $10 Cypress Bucks incentive. Your voucher will be emailed at the end of each month.
This year there is no network code for guests using the Cypress Mountain Carpool App.
To view your driver/rider history, you can go to your Profile and then click History. Driver/rider history will not be deleted.
