- Cypress never uses third-parties vendors to sell season passes or lift tickets. Any season pass or lift ticket purchased from anyone other than Cypress is not valid and will thus not be honoured.

- All products are non-transferable and non-refundable once purchased.
- Payment Plan users: * Season Passes will only be valid and may be picked up once all payments are completed. As a result, passes purchased with a payment plan will not be valid for the 24/25 Season spring skiing/snowboarding.
- A $500 FINE will be charged and your season pass will be revoked if you are caught attempting to re-sell tickets of any kind or someone other than yourself attempts to use your Seasons Pass/Sky Card (with or without the passholder's knowledge or consent).
- ID is required when purchasing/redeeming tickets of any kind.
