Cypress Team Spotlight ~ Feb. 14th

Matt Pastuch ~ Downhill School Group Coordinator

Started at Cypress Mountain in the Ticket Office during the 2015/16 Season!

Matt grew up near Zurich, Switzerland. He started skiing at the age of 7 but had a bad knee injury, so decided to switch to snowboarding and has never looked back!

Matt’s job at Cypress is to coordinate large groups of kids that come up to Cypress as part of their school’s ski program/field trips!

Favourite Cypress Run: Detention Glades! It really lets you appreciate the beauty of the snow-covered trees, and gives you total explorative freedom.

Anytime during the summer; that’s usually when I get to see my family.

A maintenance/cleaning job at my old high school.

Complete control over time. I’d feel so free.

Bruce Springsteen, believe it or not.
